UK Tiling & UK Tile Accreditations

UK Tiling & UK Tile Accreditations

Your homes and offices would not feel like living spaces without the presence of tiles. Your floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens and swimming pools thrive on the basic framework of tiles. Designing any living space without comprehending the significance and the use of tiles is an impossible task.

The tile industry in the United Kingdom is vast with a wide number of manufacturers and an even larger collection of tile types, patterns, sizes, colours and prints which await every architect, interior designer, contractor and also individual buyers. On account of the scale of the tiling industry in the UK, there are 4 main accreditations attached to UK tiles in order to guide prospective buyers, both first timers and experienced, to make the right tile choices.

The Tile Association (TTA)

The Tile Association represents the entire wall and floor tile industry; however, membership with the association is restricted to only those tile manufacturers and distributors who meet the necessary service, technical, quality and financial standards. BluePrint Ceramics enjoys membership with TTA; thus, assuring our users that our quality standards are well maintained.

Ecolabel

Products and services accredited with the Ecolabel take pride in the fact that throughout the life cycle of their business operations, environmental impacts will be kept to a minimum. BluePrint ceramics follows stringent manufacturing processes right from the extraction of raw material till it reaches the stages of production, usage and disposal. Our tiles and ceramics can be trusted for their environmental friendly excellence.

40% Recycled Ceramic Content

The fortunate fact that ceramic content is recyclable enables tile manufacturers to reuse disposed ceramic products to create vibrant new ones. BluePrint tiles uses 40% recycled ceramic content in some of our new collections. This ensures that the burden on the environment caused by BluePrint Ceramics for ceramic disposals is very low.

Green Building Council Italia

The Green Building Council Italia aims to create a sustainable environment and also raises awareness about the impact that modern constructions have on our quality of life. In keeping with the aims of the Green Building Council Italia, BluePrint ceramics ensures sustainability in our tile manufacturing operations. We are proud to wear the green badge of honour!

BluePrint Ceramics is associated with each of the 4 main accreditations attached to UK Tiles. Therefore, we not only guarantee that our tiles and ceramics are manufactured keeping in mind the highest working standards, but we also make provisions for a greener environment with the use of our tiling products.

Remember that choosing the right tile is not only about what suits your living areas; it is also about the environmental responsibility attached to every citizen, which we at BluePrint Ceramics help you fulfil.
